Back to campus and sharing my life experience with young designers is what I continually desire to do. In May, I had a speech in my old school, Dept. of Architecture of Tam-Kang University and spent a pleasant afternoon with junior students by sharing my philosophy thinking of architectural design. I always emphasize “design by hands” and “story” which goes in front of design. In other hands, “Abandon the inertial pattern”, “break the comfort zone” and “crossover thinking” are also the good ways to inspire the creativity. I still keep learning till now, and I wish the students stay passionate on their design way in the future.
