I am extremely proud of my recently project “Heritage”, a luxury mansion located in Yong-he Dist., New Taipei City. I always have a peculiar feeling to the residential building. It is so different from the rationality and innovation of the commercial design that my perceptual female thinking comes out with the residential design process. More women have the power to make the purchasing decision of real estate, so I define this building as “The hereditary treasure in women’s jewel case”. Using an untraditional architectural envelope method “double skin” makes the metal material into an argyle pattern as a jewelry necklace and the light is decorated as diamond. The mansion is well-designed as a luxury treasure.
