Following the comprehensive brand-wide remodeling of Mia C’bon Supermarkets in 2022, the interior scheme of the Taipei Dayeh Branch has been established as the design archetype and standardized benchmark for all future store renovations. The overall spatial identity employs a crisp monochromatic palette of black and white, grounded by earthy flooring textures to sculpt a minimalist yet sophisticated ambiance. Within the produce zone, a sculptural green arbor anchors the layout; displayed beneath this canopy, the fresh fruits and vegetables evoke the immersive sensation of a vibrant, open-air harvest. The delicatessen and meat sections are engineered around a premium experiential narrative, offering bespoke table-side steak-searing services complemented by dedicated lounge seating. This gourmet space utilizes a refined interplay of marble veining and mirrored surfaces to cultivate a high-end sensory environment. Furthermore, the wine department features display walls inspired by curated rare-book libraries, showcasing premier vintages alongside educational tasting notes and ornamental accents to craft an ultra-exclusive, connoisseur-level tasting salon.
