Situated in Xinpu Township, Hsinchu County, the Wele Mechatronics Hsinchu Plant spans a site area of approximately 2.42 hectares. The project was approached through three major dimensions: local landscape integration, corporate identity, and sustainable green architecture. The south facade draws inspiration from the agricultural imagery of the Fangliao First Canal, allowing the structure to blend into the local environment. Color-wise, the building features Wele Mechatronics’ corporate palette (red, white, and gray) to emphasize corporate recognition. From architectural envelope to MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems, green building practices are applied throughout, contributing to environmental protection while firmly establishing a corporate image committed to sustainable development.
