Spanning a site area of approximately 1.42 hectares, the Tainan Pingshi Transit Hub project is strategically executed in two phases: Phase I introduces a 13-story multi-use transit complex with 6 basement levels, while Phase II reserves structural provisions to integrate with a future mass rapid transit (MRT) station. Programmed as a mixed-use tower encompassing public transportation, retail malls, landscape parks, and corporate offices, the design is anchored by the concept of "A Transit Hub in the Forest." By seamlessly dissolving the architecture into the pre-existing park scenery and natural ecosystem, this development is poised to become a defining landmark for Tainan.
