The Ephemeral Gift Box & Volumetric Tectonics Our architectural concept reimagines the commercial retail hub as a transparent crystalline gift box, where solid massing bands envelop and delineate fluid, translucent voids. Through the interlaced interstitial gaps and rhythmic fissures of these sculptural ribbons, onlookers are granted voyeuristic glimpses into the vibrant programmatic activities unfolding within, engineering a suspenseful and enchanting spatial experience akin to unboxing a precious gift. Dynamic Instability & Urban Synthesis Departing from traditional, static facade typologies, the design intentionally exaggerates and amplifies the sheer tectonic weightiness of these solid bands, generating a provocative visual stimulus and a sense of dynamic, kinetic instability on the facade. This expressive geometric vernacular is seamlessly extended to the roofscape of the adjacent residential towers, unified via the same volumetric slicing technique to solidify the overarching architectural cohesion of the entire master plan.
