In light of the shifting dynamic in real estate, where purchasing decisions are increasingly guided by the female head of the household, this building is envisioned as a "timeless heirloom within a woman’s jewelry box." Deviating from conventional building facades, it embraces a double-skin concept, utilizing diamond-woven metal lines to wrap the exterior like a jeweled necklace. Complemented by lighting that sparkles like diamonds, the architecture beautifully evokes the allure of a luxury fashion masterpiece.
