Leveraging these exceptional site conditions, our firm conceptualized and delivered the largest and most picturesque IKEA restaurant in Taiwan. This spatial strategy elevates the traditional retail paradigm, ensuring customers enjoy a premium, scenic dining sanctuary alongside their shopping experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the entrance of the IKEA Xindian Store, we juxtaposed the brand\u2019s signature blue and yellow corporate identity with lush indoor greenery and light-toned timber cladding. This materiality serves as a spatial metaphor for Xindian's pristine microclimate, evocative of its rolling green hills and riverfront parks. The project boasts a generous retail floor plate paired with strategic double-height voids, significantly enhancing spatial comfort and circulation fluidness. Supplementing the main dining hall, the IKEA Caf\u00e9 is strategically anchored adjacent to the Xiaobitan Metro Station concourse link, offering highly popular signature light bites such as Swedish Salmon Wraps and Teriyaki Chicken Paninis.
