The site\u2019s northern facade slopes downward to offer sweeping panoramic vistas of Keelung Harbor, positioned directly aligned with the shipping channels to serve as a prominent terrestrial navigation beacon for incoming vessels. To the west, the complex interfaces with an existing parking portal adjacent to the landmark Great Buddha Zen Temple\u2014home to the iconic white Guanyin statue\u2014while bounded by Shoushan Road to the south and the cultural campus of Chungyu University of Film and Arts to the east.
