We have been planning "Dream House 1.0" in Yangmingshan for about ten years. Designed around the concept of green architecture and featuring a double-skin facade, the building utilizes air convection to keep the interior comfortable during the summer without the need for air conditioning.
Located adjacent to Yangmingshan's "Dream House 1.0," this project similarly incorporates green building principles and double-skin facades. In addition, it integrates smart home systems to further elevate living quality and convenience. For the outdoor landscaping, we have taken a unique approach distinct from typical residential projects: instead of ornamental flowers and trees, the grounds are designed with fruit-bearing crops such as guava and papaya trees. This allows residents to enjoy lush greenery while experiencing the joy of harvesting their own fruit.
